Adding HTML Statistics to your site!

To add Statistics onto your site there are three steps.

  1. Save the address of the stream you want to share stats for - See saving an address
  2. Specify a token for the stream (A token is an identifier. To access your stream statistics, you use the Statistics HTTP server address and the token e.g. http://192.168.0.1:8500/MyToken - This would return the statistics for that stream) - See serving with a token.
  3. Add an iFrame to your site for the address of your stream stats e.g. http://192.168.0.1:8500/MyToken - See adding an iFrame

Statistics v4 acts as a "Statistics server" and must be running for your stats to show on your site.

Templates explained

A template is a blueprint for Statistics v4. Templates change the way which stats look when uploaded. This is very useful if you need your HTML statistics page colours to match your site colours. You can also choose which sources (e.g. Listeners, Status, Unique Listeners) are shown on your site. Making a template is easy for advanced users but may confuse inexperienced users.
